We’re looking for an exceptional graduate-level EA/PA/Business Assistant to support the Operating Partner of a global Venture Capital fund that backs visionary entrepreneurs in crypto, cybersecurity, SaaS, consumer internet and market places. What You’ll Do:
- Work 1-1 for the Operating Partner – in a true partnership
- Manage busy calendars and inboxes
- Arranging meetings, travel, and coordinating
- Handle sensitive, high-stakes correspondence with finesse and attention to detail
- Be the backbone of Operating Partner’s team, ensuring smooth and effective projects run from inception to close
- Working with the Operating Partner you will be fundamental to supporting each transaction
- Handling the data and the decks and keeping the information flow up to date
- Answering questions from and on behalf of the partners, the investors and the operating partner
- Work closely with a small, dynamic team—your role is critical to their success!
What We’re Looking For:
- A graduate with c 5 years’ experience in a similar PA/EA role
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a methodical approach
- Strong writing skills, and the ability to think creatively
- A critical thinker who looks to create solutions
- The confidence to deal with investors and the portfolio managers
- Comfortable with numbers and data, and keen to learn
- Strong GSuite, Apple, MS Office, and Keynote
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in the world of tech and start-ups
