Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded professional services business based in Perth to recruit a Sales Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a friendly and fast-paced team, supporting the sales function and delivering exceptional service to both clients and internal stakeholders.

As Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the sales and operations teams in achieving their goals. This position offers the chance to become an integral part of a well-established and growing business.

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, quotes, and documentation.
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into CRM and internal systems.
  • Liaise with clients to provide updates and ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to track progress on client projects and timelines.
  • Maintain and update client records and sales reports.
  • Handle general enquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and sales performance metrics.
