What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategy across Paid Media, SEO, Email, Content, and Partnerships.
- Build a strong, aspirational brand identity that resonates with affluent and design-conscious consumers.
- Own customer acquisition and retention — driving growth across eCommerce channels with a sharp eye on CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Manage performance campaigns, conversion rate optimization, and CRM initiatives to drive sustained revenue.
- Collaborate directly with the founder and creative team to ensure the brand’s voice and aesthetic are powerfully aligned across all touchpoints.
- Launch storytelling-led campaigns, new collection drops, and influencer activations to drive community and demand.
- Monitor KPIs and deliver monthly reporting on marketing performance, forecasts, and growth plans.
Who You Are
- 5 years in growth, marketing, or eCommerce — ideally in luxury, fashion, jewellery, or DTC consumer brands.
- Proven track record of growing premium or founder-led brands through digital channels.
- Strong understanding of the psychology of luxury consumers and high-touch online experiences.
- Skilled in Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and Shopify (or similar eComm platforms).
- Highly collaborative, entrepreneurial, and obsessed with brand and customer experience.
