We are working with a leading US law firm seeking a Knowledge Lawyer to join its high-performing Private Equity / M&A team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer with strong transactional experience who is looking to move into (or deepen their expertise in) a strategic Knowledge Management role at the heart of a market-leading practice. It is also suitable for existing Knowledge Lawyers looking for a change of pace / an opportunity for more dynamic work.
The Role:
- Develop and maintain cutting-edge precedent materials
- Curate and update knowhow and current awareness content
- Collaborate on tech-enabled KM initiatives and innovation projects
- Track market trends and contribute to client briefings
About You:
- UK/ US-qualified lawyer with 6+ years PQE
- Solid Private M&A and/or Private Equity experience
- Strong technical drafting skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
- Confident communicator and natural collaborator
Working pattern: Ideally full-time (some flex considered for the right candidate)
