We are hiring a Senior IT Operations Engineer to join a high-impact team supporting the performance and reliability of real-time trading infrastructure. You will be working with cutting-edge observability tooling and complex distributed systems, helping to ensure uptime, optimise performance, and troubleshoot across the full tech stack—from the network layer through to application metrics. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong infrastructure and networking experience, particularly in trading, market data, or similarly demanding environments. What You’ll Be Working On:
