We're hiring a Senior IT Operations Engineer to join a high-impact team supporting the performance and reliability of real-time trading infrastructure. This is a hands-on role in a low-latency environment where milliseconds matter—and where your expertise can directly influence market data delivery and trade execution at scale.
You'll be working with cutting-edge observability tooling and complex distributed systems, helping to ensure uptime, optimise performance, and troubleshoot across the full tech stack—from the network layer through to application metrics.
