The Opportunity
I am seeking a Campaign Manager who specialises in Braze to join our campaign technology team. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to work across a wide range of high-profile, international clients and leading CRM platforms. You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality digital marketing campaigns, platform migrations, and client enablement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy digital marketing campaigns across various channels using industry-leading Campaign Management platforms.
- Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to capture campaign and platform requirements.
- Execute end-to-end campaign migrations, including IP warming and CRM system integration.
- Provide post-go-live aftercare and support.
- Support brands in understanding and fully utilising the capabilities of their CRM tools.
- Deliver training sessions to clients in campaign management tools and marketing best practices.
- Build expert-level knowledge of campaign platforms, processes, and client operations.
- Become a well-rounded CRM expert, working across multiple industries and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, data, and project teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Act as the CRM lead on client projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and commercial targets are met.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience using one or more campaign management platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Braze is essential.
- Proven experience building and deploying multi-channel campaigns.
