Global manufacturer and retailer has recently upgraded its subsidiaries to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This transformation is a long-term project, modernising operations and enabling a cloud-based, accountable, and secure business environment.
As part of the continuation roadmap, we are looking for an ERP Business Analyst Finance to join the international ERP team, collaborating with colleagues across Europe and Asia. If you have hands-on experience in D365 F&O and strong accounting/financial knowledge, you’ll play a crucial role in designing and implementing D365 financial setups across international subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Level 3 user support for finance-related questions and issues in D365 F&O
- Lead and participate in D365 implementation projects across global subsidiaries
- Develop documentation and training materials for business users
- Assist subsidiaries in equalising finance-related processes
- Support business optimisation initiatives using D365
- Stay updated on new functionalities and developments in D365 F&O
- Perform other day-to-day tasks assigned by the manager
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an ERP Analyst or Functional Consultant in D365 F&O
- Proven track record of managing IT implementation projects in multinational enterprises
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (MS Office, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Solid communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders
- Accounting background with in-depth knowledge of financial processes
- Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent presentation and documentation writing skills
- Ability to thrive in a global, multicultural environment
- Microsoft Certification in D365 F&O (desirable)
- Accounting degree (desirable)
- Office-based in Uxbridge, London (hybrid working - at least 3 days per week)
- Well-connected via public transport, with parking available
