As part of their ambitious growth strategy, a new opportunity has arisen for an Interior Design Lead to join their in-house design and development function. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of interior-focused product solutions, from initial concept through to final presentation
  • Create thoughtful, functional, and aesthetically pleasing design proposals across furniture and interior spaces
  • Conduct market and trend research to influence product and design direction
  • Develop 3D visuals, mood boards, colour/material palettes, and layout concepts
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between function and form
  • Support the prototyping and testing of new design ideas
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to specify materials, finishes, and components
  • Play a key role in design reviews and contribute to the broader visual identity of the product range
Ideal Candidate:
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Interior Design, Art, or a 3D Design-related discipline
  • Proven experience in the end-to-end product development process
  • Confident in generating creative concepts and translating them into real-world solutions
  • Strong 3D visualisation skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Competent in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and an appreciation for practical application
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering purposeful design
