An established UK fashion retailer is looking for an experienced Analytics Manager - Retention to join their high-performing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead customer analytics initiatives in a fast-paced, digitally evolving environment with significant investment behind data and tech.
The Role:
In this role, you will lead retention-focused analytics, helping the business understand customer behaviours and drive loyalty across its omnichannel experience. You will manage a small team and work cross-functionally to guide strategy through data-led insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and develop retention and customer analytics across the business
- Track key metrics like sales volume, opt-ins, retention rate, customer lifetime value, and uplift from campaigns
- Lead test-and-control methodologies and analyse marketing campaign ROI
- Deliver insights to optimise customer journeys and enhance retention strategies
- Manage and mentor two direct reports
- Collaborate across teams including marketing, digital, and data enablement
Tech & Skills Needed:
- Advanced SQL skills (essential)
- Strong data visualisation experience (e.g. Tableau or Power BI)
- Python skills are a plus, but not essential
- Proven people management experience
- Background in retail, ecommerce or a customer-focused environment preferred
