Job Opportunity: Commercial Property Solicitor
Our client, a well-established firm with around 100 employees and an annual turnover of £7m, is both Legal 500 and Chambers recommended across various disciplines. They offer a competitive salary complemented by a bonus scheme paying between 10% and 20% of fees recovered, which can be over three times your salary.
They are seeking to expand their successful Commercial Property Team with the addition of a Solicitor with at least 1 year of PQE. The ideal candidate should be confident in delivering excellent service within a fast-paced team and be ready to handle a wide range of Real Estate transactions, including but not limited to:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Site assembly for developers
- Advice to landlords and tenants
- Option, pre-emption, and overage agreements
- Property financing
- Advice on retail, office, and industrial development
- Joint venture projects
