Business Catering Opportunity: Café & Residential Venue – Ribble Valley
Are you an experienced catering provider ready to bring your passion for hospitality to a unique and inspiring setting in the Ribble Valley?
We are seeking proposals from professional food service providers to manage and deliver high-quality catering at a thriving hospitality venue, located in the heart of the picturesque Ribble Valley.
This Opportunity Offers a Dual Focus:
1. Residential Catering
Deliver a selection of catering services for guests attending residential stays, day events, retreats, and special functions – emphasising fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients that reflect sustainability and generous hospitality.
2. Café Re-Launch
Reimagine and operate our onsite café with food offering, serving locals, tourists, and visitors to the venue. With 40 indoor covers and the potential for outdoor seating, the café presents a fantastic opportunity for a creative partner to redefine its offering. A partly fitted kitchen and flexible layout await your vision and leadership.
3. Event Opportunities
Ability to expand the business to offer evenings, event space and outdoor events should the business wish to do so. Private Dining Space up to 70 available. Allowing the business to grow and develop .

• Proven experience in food service management, with a strong track record in both commercial and hospitality settings
• A creative, customer-focused approach to café culture and event catering
• Willingness to invest in the café\’s success, with a proposed revenue share model in lieu of rent
• Commitment to ethical sourcing, food safety, and efficient, responsible kitchen operations
