Social Housing Lettings Administrator – Overview: Basic Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is ESSENTIAL We are currently seeking a highly organised and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Social Housing Lettings Administrator. The successful candidate will have a strong background in either property management or lettings, with excellent organisation, communication and administrative skills. Social Housing Lettings Administrator – Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of social housing properties, ensuring they are let in a timely and efficient manner Making / taking phone calls with tenants, local authorities and other relevant parties Liaising with the local authority and tenants to ensure smooth and efficient licence agreements Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all tenancies and property details Handling tenant queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner Conducting property inspections and arranging necessary repairs and maintenance Assisting with the preparation of licence agreements and other legal documents Keeping up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations surrounding social housing lettings
