Welcome Host volunteers provide excellent customer service and help ensure that every visitor knows who we are, what we offer, and how to get involved.

As a Welcome Host, you will:

  • Give directions within the building and Covent Garden area
  • Help to manage queues and spaces at busy times
  • Assist Front of House staff in keeping everyone safe

This opportunity is for an immediate start from June 2025. Volunteer sessions are available every day from Monday to Sunday. You can book volunteer sessions flexibly using our online scheduling app and website.
