Join a well-established food manufacturer with a reputation for quality and consistency – but none of that happens without reliable equipment and smooth operations behind the scenes. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a highly organised Engineering Coordinator to support our maintenance and engineering team by managing stock control and keeping our storeroom running like clockwork.
The role:
- You’ll be responsible for making sure critical parts, tools, and consumables are always available when our engineering team needs them.
- From raising purchase orders and monitoring stock levels to updating systems and coordinating with suppliers, you’ll play a vital role in keeping production downtime to a minimum.
- It’s a hands-on, varied position that requires good attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a solid understanding of how engineering support works in a fast-paced factory environment.
What we are looking for:
- Engineering background preferred but not essential
- 5+ Years’ experience within FMCG
- A basic understanding of engineering parts and maintenance processes
- Level 3 HACCP
- Previous experience with VFFS and multiheaded weigher
