Senior Cybersecurity Lead required for a rapidly growing and largescale global organisation, based in Glasgow. The Company: The business is a national renewables organisation and they are growing their digital capabilities greatly. This is a new position, created in order to help to develop internal cyber protocols and improve them across the business. Sitting within a wider team of roughly 120, you will report into the Head of Cyber and will be involved in making a number of ‘nitty gritty’ decisions. You will be working across a widespread number of projects and these will all involve modernising and improving the Cyber environment. The company look for some presence in office (1 or 2 days a week), but there is flex on the days. They offer a very strong benefits on top of the salary including a 20% bonus, car allowance, strong pension and other additional perks including family healthcare. The role: This position is a brand new one, sitting amongst an ever-growing Cyber function. Reporting directly into the Head of Cyber Security for the business, this is a key priority for the company and one which needs to be right. This is an individual contributor role, with strong Cyber Security knowledge across the area.
