Senior Technology & Transformation Recruitment Consultant - Aviation Focus

Up to £75K Base + Up to 50% Commission

Hybrid (3 days City, 2 days remote)

You’ll need to bring:

  • 5+ years of 360 experience in Aviation, Travel or Tech recruitment
  • A proven ability to open doors, not just manage accounts
  • Confidence pitching into £75K-£150K perm and £500-£1,000/day contract markets
  • A track record of billing £250K+ and hungry to push that higher
  • A self-starter mindset - no one’s holding your hand here
