The Adanola team is growing. We are hiring for a Netsuite Administrator with E-Commerce experience to join our talented Tech team.

Role Overview: You’ll be the go-to expert on all things NetSuite, owning the system's configuration, daily operations, and evolution. You will serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related issues and improvements, ensuring the system supports business needs efficiently and securely.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as the primary administrator for NetSuite across the business.
  • Support the integration and day-to-day functionality of NetSuite with platforms like Shopify Plus, 3PLs, inventory systems, and payment processors.
  • Customize and maintain dashboards, workflows, custom fields, saved searches, and reports.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT to identify process improvements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Manage NetSuite upgrades, testing, and release management to minimize disruption.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Liaise with external consultants or support vendors when needed.
  • Train internal users and develop clear documentation for processes and best practices.
  • Ensure system and data integrity, compliance with internal controls.
  • Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Evaluate and implement new features and modules to enhance functionality.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of NetSuite administration experience, ideally in a DTC e-commerce or retail business.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Inventory, CRM, and Order Management.
  • Proficiency in saved searches, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk APIs (a plus).
  • Great at problem-solving, with a proactive approach to improving processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification.
