We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Operations Team Leader on behalf of our client to manage a team of engineers, ensuring robust and scalable IT systems. This role involves driving operational excellence, maintaining infrastructure, and fostering continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of infrastructure engineers.
  • Oversee vulnerability and patch management.
  • Ensure service availability and reliability.
  • Contribute to IT governance and compliance.
  • Implement new functionalities while maintaining existing services.
  • Identify and manage risks to prevent outages.
  • Adhere to ITIL processes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong team management experience.
  • Expertise in Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft, Dell, Citrix, Exchange, Office 365, Azure AD, PowerShell, security products, and storage management.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable: Knowledge of ITIL processes, networking, O365, and systems monitoring.
