Part time role working 25 hours per week over 5 days. Job Share Role – Collaborative Working with HR Coordinator (People Operations). This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing colleague engagement, and supporting learning and development across the estate. Working closely in a job-share model, you’ll ensure consistent delivery of core HR Coordinator responsibilities while championing wellbeing, performance management, internal communication, and cultural initiatives.
HR Administration & Data Management
- Maintain and update iTrent and employee records
- Liaise with Finance on payroll-related data (RTI)
- Provide first-line HR advice with confidentiality
Learning & Development
- Manage training records and coordinate estate-wide training
- Organise sessions, providers, logistics, and track completion
- Develop and deliver in-house workshops
Wellbeing Initiatives
- Plan and promote wellbeing campaigns
- Drive engagement with EAP and support resources
- Tailor initiatives based on employee feedback
Performance Management
- Support appraisal and 1:1 processes
- Coordinate reminders, tracking, and completion
Culture & Engagement
- Lead on recognition schemes, social events, and engagement initiatives
- Support DEI efforts and embed company values
Internal Comms & Digital Content
- Maintain engaging HR content on SharePoint
- Draft and share HR policy and initiative updates
Early Careers Support
- Coordinate apprenticeships, internships, and work experience programs
- Liaise with external providers and ensure compliance
Job Share Support
- Cover full recruitment lifecycle when needed
- Onboarding/off-boarding tasks, induction delivery, pension comms
General HR Support
- Minute-taking, GDPR compliance support, and policy updates
- Continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation.
