Working with C-suite executives and procurement transformation/retained Finance leadership teams, they design and implement procurement transformation/system implementations to deliver World-Class Performance. Essential: The primary offerings of this practice area are Procurement Strategy, Procurement Transformation, and Finance Technology. Consulting Experience: Delivery leadership in procurement transformation projects and programs. Value proposition development. Cross-sector/capability awareness.
