- Fire Knowledge (Advanced, kentech and morley would be useful)
- Knowledge of Intruder alarms
- Excellent customer service skills
- CCTV IP Knowledge also beneficial
- Fault Finding experience
- Installation experience
- Ability to work by yourself and within a team
- Full UK Driving license
