Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a dedicated kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and creativity.

• Curate and execute seasonal menus that reflect the finest ingredients and the vibrant flavours of Mediterranean and Italian gastronomy.

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including procurement, stock management, food safety, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations.

• Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure the culinary offering aligns with the clubs ethos and the expectations of its discerning members.

• Continuously strive to enhance the dining experience, maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, taste, and service.

Candidate Profile:

• Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine-dining environment, ideally within a private members club, luxury hotel, or high-end restaurant.

• Deep knowledge and expertise in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, with a passion for authentic flavours and contemporary interpretation.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a talented team.

• Strong organisational and management abilities, with a meticulous approach to quality control and kitchen operations.
