Graphic Designer – Part-Time (20 hours per week) About the role This Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing all the marketing and sales collateral required by the business, ensuing it adheres to the brand guidelines. The right candidate will have a natural creative flair and a desire to contribute to the future development of the brand visual style. This is a fully remote, part-time position, requiring a commitment to 20 hours per week Monday – Friday between 9:00am – 5:00pm Greenwich Mean Time (United Kingdom time zone). Candidates will be required to use their own laptops for this role. Candidates must be able to provide a portfolio of published work. What you’ll be doing Produce artwork for a combination of print and web-based brand assets, including (but not limited to) sales sheets, presentations, user guides, whitepapers, articles, one-pagers, blog content, website content, landing pages, social media content, email campaigns, and stationery Prepare design files to send to print and network with printers, as necessary. Create artwork from scamps or verbal briefs. Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to produce content beyond the capabilities of the in-house marketing team (e.g. animations). Assist with the implementation of social media and the website content calendar. Ensure brand visual style consistency across all content and channels. Required skills and experience 2-3 years of experience in a similar role A professional qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field Previous experience of artworking content for different formats in both digital and print A portfolio of published work A strong understanding of maintaining and developing brand visual style Excellent attention to detail The ability to work independently and manage a variety of projects simultaneously and under multiple deadlines Confidence in liaising with external parties Highly competent in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Desirable skills and experience Experience in producing motion graphics and/or video Experience in using Figma
