We're Hiring: Community Team Lead for Specialist Care

Based in Southampton with travel across the surrounding area.

Hours: Monday to Friday with one weekend day to be worked every other week (a day off in the week will be given in lieu) plus additional on-call duties as part of a rota.

Salary based on 37.5 hours per week: £25,613.25.
