Manager, Management Consultant

Subject to the successful closing of the transaction with Spirit, after obtaining relevant regulatory approvals Overall, a Process Manager has first line management responsibility with scope built around an agreed manufacturing process. The role will be accountable for SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People) adherence to standards and achievement of objectives for a defined business operational process; and responsible for executing and implementing the business production schedule. Responsible for the daily management of Process Performance, People, Machines, Materials, Methods and Measurement of Performance and Improvement. Adds value through operation of an effective process that continuously improves Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (SQCDP) and through operation of an effective AOS Management System. Hosts the Process Manager / Shift Manager\’s shift meeting attended by Team Coordinators / Lead Hands. Contributes to Departmental Improvement Projects and Tactical Improvement Plans (TIPs) Experience in high volume/high variety production of complex aircraft products and systems Computer literacy and proficiency using IT applications including Microsoft Office, Google and relevant business tools such as SAP / ARP or Maxim Outstanding team building skills This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
