This role will sit within the Europe and North Africa (ENA) region and will have accountability for delivery across 43 local markets in a centralised regional model. The Campaign Manager is a key member of the team and works closely with the Operations Director. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing the smooth delivery of all digital campaigns across global biddable platforms (search, social, programmatic), and support on key strategic operational projects to evolve the day-to-day operational ways of working.
The Campaign Manager will oversee all digital biddable campaigns to ensure receipt of digital campaign briefs and Zenith International digital Hub teams deliver timely completion of tactical media plans, campaign setup, quality assurance checks, go-live confirmations, recurring campaign performance reports, and finance tasks. Accor is a marquee Publicis Groupe Power of One account and a client with high expectations, demanding excellence, accuracy, timeliness, and first class thinking.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Campaign Tracker and update the status and next steps of all digital campaigns.
- Communicate directly with Zenith International digital Hub biddable buyers to receive updates on campaign status or outstanding tasks.
- Manage Publicis Groupe local planning teams to ensure agreed SLAs are being respected through negotiation and education.
- Timely delivery of end-to-end digital activation, including tactical media planning, campaign setup, QA, go-live confirmations, campaign reporting and finance.
- Proactively communicate with Publicis Groupe campaign planners to ensure timely delivery of briefs, creative assets, tactical media plan and go-live approvals from clients.
- Review and report monthly on the timeliness and accuracy of the team’s delivery, identify areas of improvement in process, ways of working, or training to further improve daily campaign operations.
- Lead internal digital campaign status calls with digital biddable buyers, identify delays and ensure clear steps are put in place by digital buyers.
- Create process documentation and arrange trainings with Publicis Groupe agencies and Zenith International to ensure all team members involved in digital campaigns are working effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous large Agency experience, ideally in a global role.
- Solid experience within digital campaign / trafficking project management.
- A strong understanding of social, paid search, programmatic and digital trafficking process.
- Demonstrated determination to achieve objectives.
- Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail.
- Negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills – both written and oral.
