You will be involved in a wide variety of projects managing the installation of Mechanical aspects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework. Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands and staff retention is extremely high so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships from your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them.

As Mechanical Project Manager, you will be:

  • Managing projects with a value of up to £10M - all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC, Plumbing and Pipework
  • Working in a close-knit team
  • Working on projects across sectors including: Commercial, Residential, Education, Industrial and Healthcare
  • Fully involved in client meetings, organising sub-contractors
  • Offered opportunities to progress and grow

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager, Mechanical Site Manager or M&E Manager. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have any of the following qualifications: HNC / HND in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.

As a Mechanical Project Manager your salary will be within the £50-60K region and you will also receive a car allowance. As part of your employment with the company you will receive automatic enrolment in the bonus scheme and the pension scheme.
