We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team working on a Major Rail Framework in their Hertfordshire office on a permanent basis. Our client is an industry leader within the Rail space and has worked on large scale projects across the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the delivery of a number of structure packages across the framework at varying stages.
- Supporting junior staff with identifying and managing risks within the contract.
- Producing client and internal forecasts.
- Building strong relationships with internal suppliers and clients.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or higher.
- Previously worked on Major Rail projects.
- Experience with NEC forms of contracts.
