We are seeking an experienced Flights & Travel Operations Co-Ordinator to join a fabulous travel company based in Hertfordshire, hybrid working model.\\nThis is a varied and interesting Flights & Travel Operations Co-Ordinator role involves ensuing tours are planned and organised to deliver excellent customer service standards. You will have direct contact with both clients and suppliers.\\nFun working & supporting team, career development, travel perks and many other exciting benefits are on offer. Ideal for an experienced Travel Operations professional seeking something a little different.\\nFlights & Travel Operations Co-Ordinator Duties:\\n * Management of flight bookings including ticketing.\\n * Action and book requests from clients for extras including ad-hoc seats, group bookings, domestic add-ons, and upgrades.\\n * Issuance of variable airline fares, reissues, and refunds.\\n * Action schedule changes liaising with both suppliers and clients.\\n * Production of flight manifests to send to suppliers.\\n * Timely production of accurate travel documents for all clients minimising customer touchpoints.\\n * Assist with the production of reports, documentation and statistics for suppliers, leaders, and airport representatives.\\n * Liaise with airport reps/leaders ensuring cost effective tour planning.\\nFlights & Travel Operations Co-Ordinator – Essential Requirements:\\n * Global Distribution System (GDS) skills (desired but not essential).\\n * Understanding of airline pricing and ticketing rules (CAT35, published, Low cost).\\n * Excellent numeracy and written skills.\\n * Operations and/or ticketing experience within a tour operator or airline.\\nLocations ideal for the Flights & Travel Operations Co-Ordinator role includes, St Albans, Hatfield, Harpenden, Watford & Cheshunt
