Ashley Kate are excited to be supporting our client based in the Midlands as they recruit into their HR team.

Are you a systems savvy, data driven, HR Operations Manager? If so this role could be for you!

The role:

  • Support operational areas of the business - warehouse/driving/retail
  • Management of 2 staff - Develop, mentor and support their growth
  • Oversee HRIS - responsible for data, analytics, reporting and action planning
  • Support and partner Senior leaders within operational areas of the business in absence, performance, employee relations
  • Leadership development - support management teams in upskilling them to support higher performance within their teams
  • Implementation of new policies - Ensure policies are up to date, in line with current changes, and regularly review and implement.
  • Support HR Business Partner in the roll out and implementation of all HR initiatives around Engagement & Wellbeing, Talent, Succession.
  • Oversee Payroll - ensure accuracy of process

We seek an experienced HR Operational Manager, with experience within Logistics, Manufacturing, Distribution or Retail essential. You will be extremely data and tech savvy, have strong employment law knowledge and be CIPD qualified. This role is based in Litchfield on a hybrid basis with occasional travel to other sites if required.
