They are looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant who is confident in legal aid billing. You will join their friendly and supportive Accounts team, taking on a varied role, putting your legal sector experience into practice, hitting the ground running!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a growing, well established organisation.\\n\\nKey responsibilities:\\n\\nHandling incoming calls and emails\\n\\nPurchase Ledger\\n\\nManaging staff expenses and petty cash\\nEntering and managing data within online banking systems\\nProcessing third-party transactions (e.g. Land Registry, HMCTS)\\nSupporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes\\nAdhering to anti-money laundering procedures and internal policies\\nGeneral administrative support within the finance team \\n\\nThis role is ideal for someone with strong numerical skills and an eye for detail. You'll be joining a busy finance team and supporting a range of essential accounting and administrative functions.
