Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading maintenance services provider based in Coulsdon. We’re seeking an experienced Reactive Maintenance Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations.
In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing team—including helpdesk staff, in-house engineers, and approved subcontractors to deliver both reactive and planned maintenance to the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage helpdesk staff, engineers, and subcontractors—ensuring strong performance and team development
- Respond swiftly and effectively to urgent maintenance issues, meeting tight SLAs
- Oversee scheduling and execution of planned maintenance, with accurate reporting
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets while maintaining exceptional service quality
- Ensure all work complies with current health and safety regulations and audit standards
