Head Dental Officer

As Head Dental Officer, you’ll take on the most senior clinical leadership role within Denplan, our flagship dental business. You’ll shape the clinical direction of our services, represent the voice of our member dentists, and champion excellence in oral health nationwide.

You’ll lead and support our national network of member practices, helping them navigate clinical governance, regulation, and innovation. You’ll play a vital role in the development of new products and services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of clinical care and reflect the evolving needs of patients and professionals alike.

Externally, you’ll act as one of the key public faces of Denplan – speaking at events, contributing to thought leadership, and engaging with government, regulators, and academic institutions. Internally, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring dental expertise is embedded across our business strategy and operations.

This is a highly visible and influential role where your expertise will directly shape the future of private dental care in the UK.
