Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry tasks.
- Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and staff.
- Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping tasks as needed, including mowing, trimming, and snow removal.
- Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
