Part Time Caretaker/ Maintenance

IMH are currently seeking a part-time Caretaker to work for our client on a permanent basis. This is a varied role in which you will be responsible for the general maintenance of the venues.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting repairs and maintenance
• Opening and closing the venue (Keyholder)
• Cleaning and decorating
• Maintaining the external areas to a high standard
• Assisting customers and contractors within the venue
• Responding to enquiries via telephone and in person
• Setting out and moving furniture
• Conducting regular health and safety checks

About you:

• Experience in Facilities operations, caretaking or building repairs
• Experience using hand tools and step ladders
• Knowledge of health and safety at work
• Experience operating public buildings
• Must have own transport

Hours and pay-

• 23-30 hours per week
• 12.60 per hour
• Some evening/weekend work may be required
