We\’re working with a well-established business looking to recruit an experienced Credit Control Manager to lead and strengthen their credit function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone confident in managing the end-to-end credit control process and driving improvements to reduce aged debt.

What you\’ll be doing:

• Oversee the credit control team and daily operations

• Manage debtor ledgers and ensure timely collection of payments

• Monitor credit limits, assess risk, and review credit terms

• Handle escalated queries and resolve disputes professionally

• Produce aged debt reports and present updates to management

• Identify and implement process improvements

What we\’re looking for:

• Proven experience in credit control, with leadership responsibilities

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Confident using accounting/ERP systems and Excel

• Able to manage deadlines and work under pressure
