Site Manager New Build Housing

Job Title: Site Manager (Experienced) – New Build Housing Location: Hailsham East Sussex Pay Rate: £240 per day (paid weekly) Start Date: 16th May 25 Duration: 1 week Working Hours: Monday to Friday AS Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a new build housing development in Hailsham. Key Responsibilities: * Usual day-to-day site operations. * Oversee subcontractors and site labour to ensure smooth running of works. * Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and site presentation. * Help to ensure the project runs on schedule and within budget. Requirements: * SMSTS certification. * CSCS card. * First Aid at Work certificate. * Full PPE. * Recent experience managing new build housing sites. * Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. * Must have the right to work in the UK.
