Job Duties:
- Driving concept development and impactful creative execution across branding, campaigns, and digital experiences
- Ensuring high standards of quality and consistency across all outputs
- Presenting work to clients with confidence and responding positively to feedback
- Collaborating closely with designers, writers, strategists, and client teams
- Crafting brand identities, guidelines, brochures, signage, and more
- Turning briefs into visually compelling ideas and polished final designs
- Mentoring junior designers and helping shape a positive, inspiring work culture
Relevant Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or a fast-paced in-house team
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A strong portfolio of work consisting of supporting designs
