Pickstock supply high quality British beef to wholesalers, food service professionals, and retailers across the UK and international trade. At our site at Pickstock Telford, we slaughter, process and despatch the produce out to internal and external customers. This role will be working alongside an active Abattoir, during the process of slaughtering and de-boning cattle. This role will be based in cold environment. Due to business expansion, we are excited to advertise vacant positions of enthusiastic, proactive, and forward-thinking Loading Bay Operatives to join our fast-paced, expanding company. As an integral part of the food supply chain there has never been a more exciting time to join Pickstock! Purpose of the Role Picking and moving carcasses and chilled product from chillers, carry out temperature checks, carry out machine calibration and storing animal carcasses based on customer requirements and company procedures. Key areas of responsibility: Physically pushing carcasses from slaughterhouse to chillers Washing down chillers
