Head Chef - Daytime Hours - Equestrian Centre - Onsite Restaurant

DAYTIME ALERT! An equestrian centre near Leamington Spa with onsite fresh food restaurant is on the lookout for a passionate Head Chef to take control and drive the business with full support of the owner.  You will be working with fresh, seasonal and local produce and key to this role is that the menu will be yours. Leamington Spa – Head Chef Snapshot: Salary £38,000 – £40,000 40 hours depending on business Stunning independent location with a farm shop vibe Majority of covers are planned and expected – not many walk-ins Fresh food – locally sourced – seasonal Your menu! Shift: 8am – 4pm Days Off: 2 Days – (5 out of 7) The restaurant itself can hold upto 60 guests – a normal day will be around the 30 cover mark however the owner wants a Head who wants to drive and push this restaurant which has loads of potential. As well as the restaurant because of the business there will also be some small and large events all of which will be mainly daytime events.
