An equestrian centre near Leamington Spa with an onsite fresh food restaurant is on the lookout for a passionate Head Chef to take control and drive the business with full support of the owner.

You will be working with fresh, seasonal and local produce and key to this role is that the menu will be yours.

  • Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
  • 40 hours depending on business
  • Stunning independent location with a farm shop vibe
  • Majority of covers are planned and expected – not many walk-ins
  • Fresh food – locally sourced – seasonal

  • Shift: 8am – 4pm
  • Days Off: 2 Days – (5 out of 7)
  • The restaurant itself can hold up to 60 guests – a normal day will be around the 30 cover mark; however, the owner wants a Head who wants to drive and push this restaurant which has loads of potential.
