Pay Rates: £13 per hour + (Salary negotiable dependent on experience)

Are you an experienced GRP Laminator or Finisher looking to join a business that values its people as much as its product? We are working with a growing company with big ambitions and we are looking for skilled individuals to be part of their success story.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Laminating using fibreglass matting, resins, and gel coats.
  • Trimming, cutting, and finishing GRP parts to precise specifications.
  • Preparing and waxing moulds ready for production.
  • Carrying out detailed quality checks throughout the process.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised work area.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in hand lay-up GRP laminating and finishing.
  • Good knowledge of fibreglass materials and GRP production methods.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to follow instructions, read technical drawings, and work to deadlines.
