We are currently seeking a Branch Sales Manager for our client who are a leading manufacturer, retailer and reseller of trailer and towing products across the globe. Based in Halesowen, the role will be to manage the retail branch and manage a team of 3 staff, ensuring excellent customer service and branch sales margins are achieved.

Key Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Actively sell and promote trailers, parts and servicing to customers, ensuring all sales enquiries are handled professionally.
  • Demonstrate company products and services, ensuring all sales opportunities are followed through and maximised.
  • Responsible for the performance of the W Midlands Branch, ensuring that the team are working effectively and dealing with any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure systems are in place to monitor and maintain stock inventory.
  • Maintain customer CRM system.
  • Manage, motivate and train your team to achieve their full potential.

Candidates must be:

  • Experienced managers/supervisors, ideally within equipment/machinery sales with a successful track record.
  • Customer focused and highly organised.
  • Effective influencers with great negotiating skills.
  • Driven and motivated to achieve success.

In return you will be rewarded with a salary of 38K + monthly bonus (OTE 45K) & company vehicle. Hours of work Mon – Fri 9-5.
