Role: A rare opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to grow in a fast-paced role and build a rewarding career in M&A. The individual reports directly to senior management from day one, providing a direct path to a director-level position for the right individual. We’re recruiting an M&A Analyst who will be responsible for helping our clients get access to M&A opportunities. You will engage directly with senior executives from Fortune 500 companies and PE firms where there is an expectation for exact, speedy and detail-oriented answers. Must be comfortable with an ‘always on’ approach to communication ensuring that deals remain on track and stakeholders across multiple time zones are accommodated : Engage directly with senior executives from Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms and other clients, providing precise, timely, and well-researched insights on potential deals. Support deal execution by coordinating and managing communication across stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the transaction process. Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare support material to help clients assess the viability of potential targets. Assist in preparing pitch materials, client presentations, and detailed transaction documents to support decision-making for high-profile M&A opportunities. Proactively manage cross-border deals, working across multiple time zones and adapting to the fast-paced nature of global M&A transactions. Take ownership of managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising urgent tasks and maintaining deal momentum while responding promptly to client queries and requirements. Develop and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, building a robust network that facilitates deal origination and client engagement.
