Job Description

A cruelty free beauty brand is looking for a Beauty Business Manager for a luxury beauty department in the Trafford Centre.

As Beauty Business Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure a flawless customer experience, and lead your team to meet and exceed performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience
Uphold brand retail standards and practices to ensure efficiency and consistency
Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform business strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders
Drive sales performance and achieve/exceed KPIs through strategic initiatives
Set and monitor individual and team sales goals
Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability
Cultivate strong customer relationships and lead in-store events and promotions
Promptly address customer queries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction
Recruit, train and mentor team members, fostering a positive team culture
Conduct regular performance reviews and support individual development

What we’re looking for:

2+ years in a retail management role, ideally in beauty or luxury
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for the beauty industry and delivering premium customer experiences
Proven success in achieving sales targets and KPIs
Experience in inventory control and visual merchandising
Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours
Comfortable engaging with various levels of management and stakeholders
