We’re looking for an ambitious, organised, and commercially-minded E-commerce Manager to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team. You’ll lead the day-to-day operations of Hazaar’s student-only marketplace - from onboarding new brands and coordinating drops, to driving digital sales strategy and providing outstanding support to our partners and customers. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a growing startup making sustainable shopping more accessible to students across the UK.
What You’ll Do
- Brand Drops & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital brand drops, from onboarding through to launch.
- Manage timelines, stock, listings, and coordination across creative, social and ops teams.
- Liaise with brand partners to ensure smooth, impactful campaigns.
- Monitor performance and compile reports for both internal teams and brand partners.
- E-commerce Operations
- Manage the end-to-end brand onboarding process to Hazaar’s e-commerce platform.
- Track stock levels and ensure accuracy across all listings.
- Own customer support across drops, responding to queries and ensuring a smooth buyer experience.
- Coordinate reporting for internal stakeholders and brand partners.
- Liaise with the dev team to improve site speed, conversion and AOV.
- Be the owner of core commercial metrics for the website including revenue, conversion, AOV, Margin.
- Digital Sales Strategy
- Optimise the on-platform user journey to increase engagement and conversion.
- Use analytics tools like MixPanel to monitor performance and drive data-led improvements.
- Test pricing, promotions, and campaign formats to improve results.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on growth and retention initiatives.
- Own visual merchandising across the website and bring ideas to best present the brands and cross sell products.
- Partnership & Growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners.
- Contribute ideas for new features or partnerships that can increase impact.
- Stay on top of competitor trends, e-commerce innovation, and Gen Z buying behaviours.
About You
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or commercial roles.
- You’re data-driven with a sharp eye for conversion and customer experience.
- Exceptionally organised with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Passionate about sustainability and circular fashion.
- Experience with CRM tools, and analytics tools like GA4.
- Commercially minded.
- 2+ years Shopify experience required.
