A highly regarded, award-winning General Contractor focusing on delivering Mission Critical Projects across various sectors is currently seeking an ambitious and driven Electrical Lead for a high-profile Data Centre project in Germany.
Ideally, candidates will have experience working as an Electrical Lead on large-scale industrial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to bolster your resume by working on one of the company’s flagship projects.

Electrical Lead Responsibilities:- Management of all day-to-day site operations
- Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels
- Ensure that there are weekly minuted meetings with subcontractors
- Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings
- Ensure your team contributes to the internal weekly progress report rolled up from the project supervisors' report
- Review the weekly progress report before it is issued to all stakeholders
- Highlight areas not available, delays, design issues and third-party delays
- Record weekly safety stats & project labour projections
- Ensure that there are weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are being captured and costs issued to the client
- Develop and implement company procedures with the package managers
- A trade background and 3 - 7 years of previous experience managing large installation projects and subcontractors
- Experienced in design and building
- Excellent technical knowledge of Electrical systems
- Ability to work well within strict deadlines
