A highly regarded, award-winning General Contractor focusing on delivering Mission Critical Projects across various sectors is currently seeking an ambitious and driven Electrical Lead for a high-profile Data Centre project in Germany.

Ideally, candidates will have experience working as an Electrical Lead on large-scale industrial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to bolster your resume by working on one of the company’s flagship projects.

Please note that you would be employed under the host country's employment law. On offer is a competitive salary + accommodation + flights + travel + bonus.

Electrical Lead Responsibilities:
  • Management of all day-to-day site operations
  • Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels
  • Ensure that there are weekly minuted meetings with subcontractors
  • Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings
  • Ensure your team contributes to the internal weekly progress report rolled up from the project supervisors' report
  • Review the weekly progress report before it is issued to all stakeholders
  • Highlight areas not available, delays, design issues and third-party delays
  • Record weekly safety stats & project labour projections
  • Ensure that there are weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are being captured and costs issued to the client
  • Develop and implement company procedures with the package managers
Electrical Lead Requirements:
  • A trade background and 3 - 7 years of previous experience managing large installation projects and subcontractors
  • Experienced in design and building
  • Excellent technical knowledge of Electrical systems
  • Ability to work well within strict deadlines
