This is a Chief Financial Officer job for a People / Consulting / Advisory group that are in the midst of an ambitious buy and build program, currently operating at £5M EBITDA. Though the business is PE backed, and finance is professionalised, and functioning well: the volume of activity and work produced by their programme of Acquisitions is such that the business requires a credible, PE experienced CFO/FD to manage the acquisition timetable, ensure the businesses and finance functions are merged quickly and optimally. You will be a PE experienced interim with a track record of leading acquisitions ideally within a People / Consulting / Advisory space. You will be highly systems savvy and as a result of your experience in multiple interim roles you will have significant integrations experience with multiple systems being combined into one functioning, clean ERP system. This role will be predominantly on site, and immersed in the business for a circa 6 month contract with good potential to be extended based on workload with a fantastic day rate on offer, outside IR35.
