Are you a Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Specialist with experience in the legal sector? Frazer Jones are delighted to partner with an ambitious law firm to recruit a Senior Recruitment Specialist in Birmingham, offering up to £45,000 – £52,000. You will be responsible for working with specific business areas, providing end-to-end recruitment services to your stakeholders, including strategic planning, candidate sourcing, and onboarding. The role You will partner closely with key stakeholders across your business areas to understand talent gaps, support with workforce planning, identify commercial growth opportunities and overall become a trusted partner in which to discuss talent and requirements. As this is a hands-on delivery role, you will direct source, building excellent relationships with talent in the market, provide market maps and promote the firm’s support, high-performance culture. You will build relationships with select agencies to support you with challenging hires and to support organisational growth plans. You will utilise data and MI to manage recruitment metrics and identify trends, and continuously seek to streamline processes and improve workflows, suggesting solutions and alternative ways of working.
