What Youll Be Doing
Leading, managing and motivating the sales team to consistently deliver exceptional results
Driving daily operations including deal files, customer handovers, and sales funnel management
Maintaining showroom standards, vehicle presentation, and overall customer experience
Maximising every sales opportunity and ensuring the team exceeds performance and manufacturer targets
Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and enhance the customer journey
Embedding a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer focus
