Stack Manufacturing Engineer Location: Horsham Competitive Salary Purpose of the role: Focused on delivering stack manufacturing engineering projects as well as supporting partner collaboration projects to ensure success. This would include delivery of continuous improvement and kaizen projects as well as production support and industrialisation activities related to the stack product and its associated manufacturing processes. This will often include cross functional collaboration across the business as well as with partners and suppliers. Key Accountabilities: Own and support delivery of new products and processes as well as associated tooling and equipment related to the stack product, within stack manufacturing engineering, using the business New Product Introduction (NPI process). Collaborate with production, mechanical engineering, quality, test, procurement and systems to ensure coherent solutions delivered to high quality and on time. Determines specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates. Develop stack manufacturing solutions suitable for prototype and low-level production processes as well as for volume production at partner sites.
